Mark Lanegan and Cult of Luna create a previously unknown post-metal symbiosis with reverberations on "The Raging River".
Swedish post metal band Cult Of Luna have announced a new EP entitled "The Raging River". The record will be released in early February 2021 via the band's own label Red Crk and will contain five songs. Vocalist and guitarist Johannes Persson describes "The Raging River" as a bridge or midpoint that the band must cross in order to finish what they started with "A Dawn To Fear".
Therefore, the EP is also a continuation of the writing process and creative mindset of the last few years. Cult Of Luna were also able to win singer Mark Lanegan (ex-Screaming Trees) as a special guest for the track "Inside Of A Dream".
