Public Image Ltd "Double Trouble" 10" LP

‘Double Trouble’ is the lead single and album opener of What The World Needs Now…, the 10th studio album from John Lydon’s best band, Public Image Ltd. The single’s inspiration came from an argument between Lydon and his wife about the rather un-punk subject matter of the plumbing, but came to concern relationships in general. On the b-side is ‘Betty Page’, Lydon’s homage to the pin-up queen, and a non-album track delightfully titled ‘Turkey Tits’. The artwork was designed and hand-drawn by Lydon himself.
