The ninth studio album by Tom Waits! Released in September 1985. A loose concept album about "the urban dispossessed" of New York City.  Noted as Tom Waits’ most critically acclaimed album, Rain Dogs followed the new musical path Waits had taken with Swordfishtrombones. Originally released in 1985 on Island Records, the album is remastered for the first time ever from the original ½” flat master tape. Referenced as the second album in the “trilogy” in be-tween Swordfishtrombones and Franks Wild Years. Available on 180g black vinyl.
